How we handle pilot materials, personal information, and analytics data.
This page explains how UCYX handles personal information submitted through NovoChoice, what is collected, what is not, and how you can request changes.
Who we are
NovoChoice is an innovation project led by UCYX. The product is designed to help consumer-product teams turn real consumer evidence into reusable consumer agents for launch decisions.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, company, work email, role, project context, product brief, market question, and materials shared for a private beta or service conversation. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location, pages viewed, and timestamps for security, diagnostics, and site improvement.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a private pilot is a fit, prepare demo or pilot workflows, provide requested services, improve NovoChoice, protect the site, and comply with legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages viewed, approximate traffic sources, device type, and interaction patterns. These analytics help us improve the website and beta-pilot experience. Analytics data is not used to train foundation models, and we do not use it to publish customer-specific claims.
Client materials and model training
Materials shared for a private pilot are treated as confidential project materials. We do not publish customer logos, quotes, inputs, or case details without written approval. Pilot inputs are not used to train foundation models by default. Any broader use of client materials requires explicit permission.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, communicate with you, host files, analyze usage, or run product workflows. These providers are expected to use the information only to provide services to UCYX or NovoChoice. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, contract, security, or dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion or correction by contacting us.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about pilots or services.
International use
Because NovoChoice may work with teams across markets, information may be processed in locations other than where you live. When we do so, we aim to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the service.
