How we handle pilot materials, access boundaries, and model usage.

A clear read on what is currently in scope for the beta program and what is not yet certified, without hiding the gaps.

01

Access boundary and confidentiality

Materials shared for a private pilot are visible only to project members assigned to that engagement. Internal access is logged and reviewed when materials change scope.

02

Model usage and training

Consumer-agent evidence is generated by AI and reviewed by humans before delivery. Pilot inputs are not used to train general foundation models by default. Any broader use requires written permission.

03

Data minimization

Pilot projects can be scoped around product concepts, claims, pricing, and segment definitions. Raw respondent PII is not required by default.

04

What is currently in scope

Private beta pilots, mutual NDAs, per-engagement DPAs, scoped access controls, internal review logs, and project-scoped retention.

05

What is not yet in scope

NovoChoice does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certifications. Enterprise-grade SLA and regulated industry reviews are out of scope for the current beta program.
