These terms frame how NovoChoice pilots and decision-support outputs should be understood before a signed agreement.
Service scope
NovoChoice provides AI interviews, consumer intelligence workflows, reviewed decision memos, validation planning, and related consulting services for early product and launch decisions.
Pilot readouts are decision support
Pilot outputs are directional evidence, not guarantees of sales, consumer behavior, regulatory approval, or investment outcomes. Final decisions remain with the client.
Confidentiality and client materials
Client materials remain client-owned. NovoChoice should treat non-public pilot materials as confidential and use them only for the agreed service unless otherwise approved in writing.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, sensitive individual profiling, or decisions that legally require human-subject research or regulated approvals.
Contracting
Paid pilots should be governed by a mutually signed order form, statement of work, DPA where applicable, and final legal entity details.
